Ricardo Torres
Project Manager
Architect graduated from Universidad del Valle, with a specialization in Urban Appraisals from Universidad Javeriana and a specialization in Construction and Infrastructure Project Management from Universidad del Rosario. For 10 years he worked as an Architect at Banco de Occidente, where he led civil works contract administration, property search, and corporate area design. Since 2005 he has worked as a certified appraiser with national presence. He has led large-scale projects for companies such as Linde (Praxair) and E.I. Corficolombiana.
Jorge Latorre
Manager
Professional accountant with experience in financial management and the valuation of equipment and inventories. Responsible for the financial area and strategic direction of Ricardo Torres Arquitectura.
Cristian Aguirre
Associate Architect
Architect graduated from Universidad de La Salle in Bogotá, with experience in both structural and finishing construction. He also supports Ricardo Torres Arquitectura with rendering and project coordination in Revit and BIM when required by clients.

Appraiser with over 10 years of experience in urban and rural properties, machinery, and equipment. He supports Ricardo Torres Arquitectura with appraisal services throughout the national territory.
Alfonso Buitrago
Associate Architect
Alfonso is an international associate member of the AIA, graduated in Architecture from Universidad del Valle, Cali, Colombia. He completed studies at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) and at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
